Training and Capacity Building
During each field service, Mercy Ships train local doctors and healthcare professionals - onboard and in local hospitals. Occupational courses are offered such as our agriculture programme. As well, ship’s crew from more than 40 nations receive continued training such as emergency medical and CPR classes.
